I love the blood splats.. is that from the little kids who hang out under jumps? Or as I like to call them - speed bumps

Actually, I don't have a topsheet, i pressed the board with

glass
core
glass
ptex 2000

and after that cured, I screened the print on a piece of fabric, and put it on top, and then put about 3 layers of marine polyester on top of it.

The foam was great on the upper half, giving nice pressure, but on the bottom, the inserts got pushed down a bit, so you can feel where they are under the base. On the second press we removed the foam on the bottom mold, and that worked great for this cap construction. If I had done a sidewall construction, I would probably skipped it.

I love the flex, I think this can be a nice ride =)

And yup, the blood is from the "speed bumps" ;)

what for a wood do you use for the core. How do you got the shape on it?

sweet board. i would like some more info on how you did the graphics though...

Used screenprinting with 3 frames, one bigass one for mr montana, and two for the blood. I think this site has a decent guide how to do it.
Tried out the board today, no pics thou, but fully ridable, lightweight as hell =)
