Montucky, i think you're onto something here but i can;t quite understand. Are you saying this a bit that will attach to a router so the knife will drag out the design by CNC? What is the air pressure for? I was thinking of somthing that would run with the spindle speed set to sero and the knife blade on a pivot The idea is to feed "die-cut" shapes into the CNC and cut them out on the base material.MontuckyMadman wrote:Yeah you got it. Its super simple, prolly something you could fabricate.
It's juts a collet/female shaped holder that fits over the spindle. Stainless I think.
Has a couple set screws and a flange stop and a inset tooth that hold it in place.
The pressure it can run is really high. I cut the base at 20psi on the drag.
