His mold making skills need work. Had some bad orange peel when doing his gel coat, thats from not doing release agents right.

I don't see why an upturned edge would make a noticeable difference in pow rather than a flat base. Its a dps 138 or a spat or a praxis, same deal just even worse on any hard snow. That doesn't mean I wouldn't try them. I absolutely love the pow shmear, slarve feeling. I fiend for it worse than any other skiing feeling I have ever felt.

I want to see the finished base how could you take all those pics and not see the convexity of the base. Isn't that the most important part??
I see whatever mold failed but no base shots where you can see perspective.
