Pretty basic idea actually. Our cores now run into the tips of our skis. Before we just had tipspacer up there, but that is way more susceptible to having tips snap. So this year we've made it so the cores now run into the tips.falls wrote:Hey Iggy
Would you have time to explain what you're going for with the pneumatic rams you added to your presses. Thanks

I believe it is some sort of husky nail puller we got at home depot. Works ok in the right situation, though we don't use it all that much, so sort of funny that it was included in the video.nrgboards wrote:Anyone know what the sqeeze clamp type thing he has at 1:02-1:05 in the video? It looks alot like a sqeeze clamp but dont think it is.

Pretty stoked to go from building in my single car garage just a few years ago (summer of 2008)....
To getting our 2011/2012 Caylor selected as one of Powder's Skier's Choice Draft picks...
And our 2011/2012 Wrenegade picked as one of Freeskier's Editor's Choice.
Been a crazy few years, and it is even crazier to go back and look at some of these old photos. Right now it looks like we are moving into a new production factory around December that is going to triple our available warehouse space, and we are working on a number of new production tools and ski designs that we are all very excited for.
To everyone on here that helps me along the way, much thanks.
