They're used to pre-conform the cassette against the mold in the tips areas before you inflate the bladder.
20mm diameter, 150mm stroke.
This includes 4 matching fittings, meaning you'll need 4 more if you want to actuate the cylinder in both directions. I personally only extend the cylinder with air pressure, the bungee holding the cat-track takes care of retracting it... So 4 fittings are enough.
I can also throw 2 "T" fittings since I'm not gonna need them and were part of the package too.
All you'll need is some 8mm OD tubing + an adapter to plug it only your compressor.
