Hey I've got a Hi-Heat 14" x 72" 15amp 220V 3300W with a k type thermocouple mounted in the middle and quick detach power cord..
It's in good condition and works fine nothing wrong with it.
$250 shipped within CONUS or $250 + shipping for outside of CONUS
I may sell the controller also if you're interested
