Snap Clasp/Collar source for adjustable height carbon poles

Hi, Does anyone know where I can find these clasps for adjustable ski poles. I want to make my own out of carbon shafts and cork molded grips.
The only sources I have found are light duty for camera tripods.

Does anyone know of other sources for other pole parts as well?? Baskets, tips, etc..... And of course looking for American Made
