just take those mold ribs, make like 16 more copies...bolt and glue together, sand them and spackle them with something and sand them to get the surface smoother... add a piece of sheet metal, and you have your mold... a mold worthy of a press even

I know how to make the mold, but I'm just using a vacuum and this system has been proven to work. The mold ribs are all identical and have been sanded to a smooth finish. The surface of this box is flat and smooth. To test it out I stood on it and it didnt move at all. Still might put a sheet of thin metal on top but I have some time to think about that.
