One piece or two?
Okay, so the skis im building have a lot of rocker. they are a symetrical park ski 111-88-111. I want to be able to butter and all that fun stuff. Jumps at local mountains only get as big as 45 footers so being super stiff for landings isnt totally necessairy. i have 22oz triaxial fiberglass. Should i be putting one layer above and below the core or two layers along with the two foot section under the bindings? All comments and advice appreciated!

Sorry Broski. I looked through the front page and as I would expect, no concrete answers are given. I build longboards so I know how it goes, that you'll have to try your lay-up to see how it turns out.twizzstyle wrote:Do more reading, both of you.
If you're using like 10oz cloth? Sure double it up. If you're using ~20oz or there abouts like most of us, no. It won't break unless you don't use enough resin and end up with dry fibers.
Just looking for a surefire method, thanks for the answer.
