hi guys!!
I want to use bamboo sidewalls.
I have read the vertical lamination bamboo is right for sidewalls. But could somebody tell me exact bamboo materials?
And does it good for waterproof?
thanks!!

Re: Bamboo sidewalls
You want vertical grain bamboo. It's not water proof, but it doesn't seem to soak up a lot of water, and doesn't seem to swell up much with water. Probably still worth sealing it up with some kind of finish.james wrote:hi guys!!

Thanks.
I have no idea to finish them. What kind of finish could I use for?
Boiled linseed oil, spar varnish or some other sealant for outdoor use.
