2- I gave him the outlines under the .dxf I generated with snocad-X, and he charged 50$ for the engeneering (included in the total price), it might be cheaper if it is ready to cut direcctly... But you should check out with them.
I just reread the email they had sent me and realized I gave you a wrong price... The exact tarification for a ski outline and a core outline is 90$, but if we give them the MDF, he gives 30% reduction, which would bring the cost to 63$ plus taxes. It's a good price I think!
