Any other way to make sidewalls besides using a Router?

I hate going through so many bits, any other way to create the sidewalls?

Hand-held belt sander - but why are you going through so many bits?

Planer? Order them preprofiled? CNC?

What do you mean by "creating sidewalls"?

Just putting a bevel on the ski after its pressed? Profiling the sidewalls/core?
