Looks like a dovetail bit but I'd go with only 15 degrees if you thinking edge trimming with it. a google search for such a thing will probably get you what you want.

Hmm that's so strange, because I've been to about 10 stores and haven't found it anywhere. I'm not finding a retailer online either. I can find dovetails but not this.

You could buy a regular dove tail bit and then buy a bearing and stop that mounts on the top of the shaft. Haven't tried it though. Just a thought.
