Silicone blanket is here, bladders are finished, PID is wired, heater is tested...waiting for the aluminum to come back from water jetting. Having a couple of beers and countin' the peanuts on the poopdeck, trying as best I can to be patient. I think that's the hardest part of all.
Endre, thanks for all of your info...I'll post some pics of the press when it's done.

Wow Endre! Love the overall feel of all the graphics. They are all different, but very similar in a way. You can tell they are all of the same brand. I'm wondering where you are mounting your bindings. It looks like they are pretty traditionally mounted as opposed to being center-mounted. I've been mounting mine around 10cm back of true center. I feel this spot allows you to stand more upright and balanced creating less stress on my joints. It's weird for me to see skis that have bindings mounted at least 6 inches back from center. How far back are yours? Is your mount point in the center of your sidecut radius? I'm a .5" back of the center of my turn radius.
Nice! Thanks for posting that. That picture is from the still-not-so-fancy-looking part of the factory
I mount from 2 to 12cm back from center depending on type of ski, the snow is pretty deep on that picture. most standard freeride skis i use a 54% mount, usually a 7-8cm setback on a 190- ish ski
Google wide format printer.
It is printed using special sublimation ink on a transfer paper. The process is a bit like those iron on transfers you can get for t shirts.
Some smaller epson printers are capable of printing the 35cm wide paper in banner format. They are a lot cheaper than a real wide format printer.
