How do you glue your forms together without getting a crown or valley in them?

Ah, I was thinking of rods and glue but I can deal with just rods. I suppose the trick is to drill the hole dead center.

I felt the rods looked like the way to screw it up from my perspective I go glue only.

When I made my bottom mold/form, after I routed the curvature I made a jig, put each piece in the jig, then used my plunge router w/ a straight cutting bit to drill the hole. I did the tip and tail blocks the same way. Then ran 1/2inch threaded rod through the holes and bolted it together.

I used bolts.. but I had all my stuff made on a cnc router
