Printing .DXF Files??

Post by ApeNatural »

So I got my tip and tail rocker sections all drawn up in Turbocad, but I am having a hard time figuring out how to print them off to scale. I have tried printing it on multiple peices of paper, but it just kept printing the same section over and over. So I tried to have it done at a print shop, but the two I went to said that they can't do anything that size (which surprised me because at 50cm long and easily fittable on an 8.5 width-wise it is not that big) and also they said they can't read that file type. So for all of you who have experience with printing scale templates from Turbocad, help...

Where are you located?

I just bought a plotter for this very purpose, if you send me your DXF files I can plot them up for you, to scale, one piece of paper (I have 24" wide rolls in the plotter now, no limit to the length) and mail them to you.

(I'm away from home for a few days right now, but will be home sunday)
