Commercial all in one PID controller and housing

In the process of starting to wire my heat controller I came across this ready to use device. It is basically just like what I am trying to build (ie. PID controller, SSR, TC in, power in and power out to heat blanket) but is a commercial and certified product.
The ones I found are for Australian type 3 pin plugs and are available from http://www.temperature.com.au/Products/Controllers.aspx
Brand new they are expensive at about A$395 (US$360), but with all the messing around I have spent a fair amount on the heater control so far. I think also the big upside is that really I am not meant to be doing 240V wiring myself and this product has the wiring done, tested and certified.

Here is one I found on ebay. The listing has ended, but it looks like it didn't sell. If you contacted the seller it would be a steal for $50. He recently sold another one for A$57 and the feedback said the product although used was flawless.
