Hey, new to the site and skibuilding. I am running into shipping problems and exorbitant costs for shipping one gallon and one quart. Does anyone know of an equivalent epoxy/hardener supplier in Canada? If not, is there anyone that buys from QCM that would like to piggy back on orders to cut the shipping???

I don't think there are many options here in Canada.
I was using West systems for a while but the price of that stuff is just stupid.
I would look for somewhere local that sells System three silver tip or west system.
I had to get it shipped from Calgary 4hrs away and that just made West that much more expensive.
I ordered from QCM, had it delivered to an address in Montana, then went down and picked it up.
QCM is cheap in comparison, close to 1/2 the price I was paying for west inc. shipping.
Had to pay the taxes at the border but shipping wasn't too bad.
The hazardous materials charge on the hardener is the same whether your buying a quart or a gallon.
So if your planning on building a bunch get the gallon then when you need more epoxy you don't have to pay it again.
Living in Canada definitely has its down side when it comes to getting materials.
If your close to the border get an address down there. It will save you a bundle.

Lawns are brown, but plenty of spring like corn snow on the hill once the sun hits.
I guess we got another 10cm or so up on the hill last night.

Just declare it when you get to the border and pay the tax.
I had a trunk load. base, top sheet, edges, bindings, epoxy, etc.
just said skibuilding materials and produced receipts.
Make sure you have receipts for everything!!
The guy at the border was " wow, you build skis that's cool "on and on.
I didn't mention dangerous goods. Not sure if that would have made a difference.
