yeah how are the graphics done? and i can see a discoloration like a strip running through the skiis. is that a dampening strip. i think it looks cool. i didnt know if thats what it was, a part of the graphic, shadow from the shape of the ski or something. if its a dampening strip, what does that do running down the middle? i get the fundamentals about it running down the sides.
thats awesome! so did you just print them on white cloth with a normal printer? that doesnt mess up your printer? how do i go about doing that? how do you get your printer to print off such a long section? gnarly looking skiis man.
The cloth is printed by a friend that does mostly flags. Unfortunately it cannot easily be done at home without a very expensive $$$$ printer or a set of screens.
So is the material flag fabric...or your average cotton? I am guessing you dont have to make a new screen for every image...he can print right onto the fabric (with the $$$ equipment)?
thats really cool. i wish i had friends that could do that for me for cheap. so what is the process called? not screen printing, not sublimination, just basically go to a place and ask if they can print onto cotton? would that be expensive if i were to go into a place w/ a graphic?
