Isospeed 7500 1.4mm (NOT 1.2) rolls. 8/4 Deadline!

Post by mattman »

So we are trying to order Isospeed 7500 direct from Isosport in 1.4mm thickness. The 1.2mm stuff that is readily available doesn't match standard metal edge, so you end up with less to grind and edged base that doesn't sit as flat in the mold. Isospeed 7500 is high quality base - higher molecular weight (9.2million) than Durasurf and grinds/sands wonderfully. We will be ordering 1.4mm thick, 320mm wide, and treated on both sides (so you can use for tipfill if you like). Each roll is 100m long (makes about 50 to 60 pairs of skis), but we are willing to cut into 50m rolls to get more people involved. The cost will be $800 for 50m or $1500 for 100m plus whatever it costs me to ship your roll(s) to you (we will ship the cheapest way possible, no markup). Your roll price covers the air freight and customs fees for us to import from Austria.

Like with our fiberglass group order, we are not trying to make anything off of this, just trying to avoid buying the whole shipment ourselves! We hope to order Tuesday - 8/4...so if you are in, please let me know quick.

Local pickup is available in Littleton, NH (03561). To estimate shipping, assume 100# for the 100m roll or 53# for the 50m roll.
