shipping

Post by troublemaker »

Just wondering how suppliers are shipping stuff out? What I mean is base material rolled up in a box along with edges and sidewalls. Or do they normally ship in longer boxes or tubes? Just got ski materials in today, and the supplier shipped everything in about a 10"X24" box. Edges, tip material, sidewall,VDS, Base material, enough stuff for two pairs of skis. Shipping was kinda expensive anyways then I get a 12 pound box, I could understand the shipping if it was in a oversized box. From Cali. to Oregon regular UPS ground 7 days $30.

$30 = bargain.
Try spending hundreds getting it to Australia and no single shop has everything you need.
