Alpine Inserts

Post by Biggie »

Has anyone done inserts for alpine bindings?

I was thinking two sets of inserts for look bindings, one set at true center, and the other set 3cm back of center so i can swap my bindings around and change and experiment with my mounting point without doing any harm to the skis.

Any thoughts on this?

i think inserts for alpine bindings will work just as well as it does for tele bindings. i'm actually considering putting inserts for both my tele and look bindings for my next pair of skis.

inserts are the way to go. they're stronger than using normal binding screws and are really practical when you have more than one ski. i usually keep about 4-5 pairs of skis in my truck and swap my bindings around depending on how the day is.
