We press our skis at around 40-50 psi. You could get away with less (20-30psi),but the more pressure, the more epoxy you squeeze out. I believe in industry, the press about 60psi.

With the west system epoxy, we leave it in for about 8-12 hrs depending on the temperature. This varies for different epoxies and is highly dependent on temperature. Look on the epoxy's data sheet for specifics, or just leave one of the mixing cups out after your done with the layup and check to see if it's cured.

our press is wide enough for two skis, and we press two skis at a time.
