I'd like to download and run this program. all I can do is download it and it opens with internet explorer icons in the download section. I have extracted the files but can get it to go ... Any suggestions

Its been 5+ years since ive used that program. Sounds like your machine might not be recognizing the file extensions. I'm wondering if your unzipping process its wrecking the extensions somehow. Post a screen shot of the file/folder and extensions?
