I bought this bit a few years ago and fell in love with it. A little expensive, but the replaceable inserts are a real nice feature.

I've been eyeing this one up. so you're happy with it? RPM and speed you run it at?

Nice tool, what speed you run it? and what depth per a turn?

I'd have to go back and look, but off hand, I think around 15,000 RPM and 150 ipm? This puts the chip load at 0.005. I just looked and see that this agrees with the recommended feeds/speeds.

I only come on from time to time to make sure nobody is pissing on each other and I have to moderate some sh1t. Making skis? Who's got time for that?

(full disclosure, I saw the above mentioned expensive bit, and immediately ordered it... followed by the next size up, cause my CNC spoilboard desperately needs leveling)
