Hi,

have the same problem at the moment... I put a damn damn lot of mold release on the hardboard, but it obviously got soaked in too deep. So when I will be in the workshop again I can do the same as you ;( Will cut them out with the saw first and then try my luck...

next time I will use some of the vacuum bag we have left over as release agent. Reusable, pretty thick (0.1mm), plain.
Good luck I can access a ski workshop with a huge grinder for this ski :)

hey pmg, I found that a drawknife and a spokeshave work well with the masonite. make sure they are sharp. However you must be careful not to cut into the base. It's still a lot of work though. :? :D :?
