check out the montucky skis journal post for the alternate core allignment system. It uses dowels and wood blocks that are outside the layup. They get cut out with the flash and don't end up a cosmetic impact on your finished skis

[/img]Image Image [/img]Image Here are some of the latest, 183 cm 154-122-139 Rocker tip 40cm with a rise of 7.62cm. Camber underfoot (4 to 5 mm) with a flatish tail.Has a little rise at the tail. Full wrap edges. Core is Poplar, Maple stringers for inserts, with Brazilian Walnut sidewalls. Has inserts for Tele. I still need to base grind, and finish the sidewalls. I will try to post some better photos. Cheers....KT

They look great! What's the graphic made from? Nice work on the tips/edges, that's an area I'm still struggling with.
