Wheezer's New Skis

These were designed to be powder skis but we've only had hardpack so far this season here in New York so I had low expectations. I thought they would flop around and be unstable at speed. But I couldn't have been more wrong! They really stick to medium and wide radius turns. Because of the added width (137-104-127) they aren't very fast edge to edge and require a little more attention when hugging the edge of a trail.

SLC this weekend!

Post by Wheezer »

Cal and I will be taking our home mades to Salt Lake City this weekend to finally get to try some powder skiing. The central New York winter has not been long on powder and my bases have suffered from skiing 4 inches of fluff on top of rocks. Look for us at Snowbird, Brighton, Alta and Park City!
