did the Birds Fly?

So, did they work, and how were they? Show everyone proof that your ride was a success (or even a complete failure)!

Little Kam has skied them a number of times, and he seems to enjoy them, if i recall. i'm sure he'll chime in at some point to discuss...

I've managed to get one good powder day on the Birds and I loved them. With their little inverse sidecut (about 1 mm) the skis have the same sort of characteristic as the Spatulas. Such little inverse sidecut combined with the zero camber also allow the skis to maneuver well on hardpack and maintains good grip while traversing. I really like them and can't wait to ski them in deeper snow so I can make a better evaulation. But as of now, there's no snow.
