End of Sept. 2011 --- Where's the powder?

Idris skied powder recently. Me, not so much...

Ben and I started at 4:30 am, swiftly walked over 11 miles, skied a patch worth of 200 vert, then made it back home for breakfast. September turns in the bag!!!

This month marks 108 consecutive months of skiing for me (turns-all-year!). Ben is on 24. With predicted cooling and precipitation on the way, October turns should be easier.

nice skis, not so sure about the shorts!
It's a great year for me if I get to ski in 8 months out of 12

Thanks! Each pair I make has a story. My friend Ben likes to write for fun, and a lot of his work has been published. He wrote a neat short story that ended up on his skis. I posted some info about the skis here:

Kam,
You might want to let the base material relax a bit before lay-up. They kinda look banana shaped!
