Not sure exactly. I just thought that someone here might have use for this information during their own building process. Just as you say square or rectangle tube is very stiff and much lighter than I beams. less expensive as well. I'm considering using tube steel to construct a press frame like the...

Wile I have not had the opportunity to try this I did research it and had the idea that I would try this, let it dry and then seal it ...

thanks plywood. After a little research it seems 5% would give a fairly opaque look. Adding calcium carbonate powder would make it more opaque.

I wonder what adding Ca carbonate does to the bonding?

He thought that a small stenci graphic painted onto the bonding side of the topsheet and sealed with pigmented epoxy would not effect bonding.....sweet so as far as using pigmented epoxy he also mentioned the using pigment to the 4-5% level would not effect bonding. My questi...

graphics idea

So has anyone tried "painting" a steciled graphic to the bottom surface of a clear top sheet with something like krylon fusion letting that dry and then sealing it with something like a black or white pigmeted epoxy? this would give the top sheet some color and seal in any paint that would...

260 inches? I call shenanegins on that.... I live close by Smuggs and Stowe got about 160 inches so far before the rain and heat wave this week. There is no way that in just over 2 months of ski season they racked up 100 inches more... Maybe in the deepest snow drift on each day they go snow.... Jay...
