i dont ski groomers all that much it is intended for big mountain skiing. but i have a pair of skis, the sir francis bacon from line, it charges through cruddand ice on groomers like nothing else. it is my all time favorite ski. i am trying to make something that skis just like it. so hopefully this...

effective edge length
i am designing our big mountain ski. i am thinking 144-119-144 which gives you a 21m sidecut and an effective edge length of 1540mm on a ski 1850mm long. do you think that it will still be able to charge on groomers, there will be some early rise so i think it should be fine but want your opinions

the grinder dose have a depressor but i cannot seem to get it working, i will call one of my engineer buddies now to see if he can help. i guess i will attempt to use the stone for the next couple skis and then once we get some money coming in from sales, try and find a belt, to we can do it the rig...

i was worried about that, so if converting to a belt wont be really easy, i will start trying to get this stone grinder dialed. i have it wired to 120v but the motor is made for 120, or 240 two separate wiring diagrams. on the first couple passes i have to adjust the auto feed because the stone stop...

we buy the cali bamboo vertically laminated 4x8ft sheets minimum order is 2 sheets i think each one was $135, i have been very happy with them thus far. the only issue we had in the beginning was that it is a PINA to cut the core on a router you have to step cut it. but i am very happy with how they...
