Sd. I would be willing to bet that would not work to profile core. It would get clogged super quick.the belts on those over head sanders are like 4 feet in diameter. I was just being a smart ass. ;-P I believe never summer uses one of these for their cores. yuppp found it: https://www.youtube.com/w...

screen printing before layup

Has anyone screen printed on wood veneer before pressing the ski? I was wondering if the temp and epoxy will mess with the print. I've seen plenty of posts of people screen printing on plastic top sheets but not directly on wood veneer pre pressing. cheers.

I have the Fontaine 1400 so the 680 is basically the little brother. My opinion: it will get your ski nuts flat. I get all my belts/parts from SVST.com good group of dudes over there. I just recently picked up a stone and belt combo that basically has the 680 bolted to the side. I'm very impressed w...

Does anyone have a picture of their blankets that they bought? I'd like to see the quality of them. specifically the double ply. I'm looking to upgrade my homebuilt ones this year.

hey Gang,
Building a new vacuum table. I gained 3.25' of height in the risers so I figured I'd take advantage of it. Donek put a 0.5" sacrificial top on theirs, has everyone else done it this way? I think it's a good idea.

also, how thick did you go with your ribs?
