pneumatic rams for tip and ttail

i was wondering what the best way to install the pneumatic rams that on3p uses to increase psi on the tip and tail section. rght now i have shimmed my cat track with bamboo but i dont think that it is thebest way to do it. i am super interested in the rams

FIXED: i talked to the guys at entropy resins which was great. turns out i was not cooking them as long as i needed to be. i doubled my cure time and now i have everything good. turns out i was doing everything else right so good call on the epoxy issue

i have the exact same PID controller and i pair it with

and it works very well and is super easy to wire up and use.

i think i may not have cooked my skis long enough, i just did a test with base,fg,tip spacer, fg topsheet and i watched the temp climb new thermocouple and watched the temp climb and it was a lot slower than i was expecting so i will be adjusting where i put the thermocouple, also i talked with the ...

i talked to the guy at entropy and he said that i would be fine to cut the flash after it cools. i usually wait about an hour or 2 to let is cool then cut the flash

i will get a scale tomorrow

also when i glued up some sidewalls today i did the water droplet test on them and the water spread out and seeped into the part i flamed and beeded on the part i did not. so i think i am flaming right. do you think it could be the pumps i am using not giving me an accurate measurement of epoxy to h...

i am having a really hard time getting my tip spacer to bond well to the fiber glass. i am sanding then flame treating it
