Finally did it ! I removed my skis from the mold yesterday evening after a 24h cure. Result is awesome ! yep that's what I did on the tail, my edges stop before the tight bend (i did it because I wanted a recess for the skins tensionnner to go through)

Where did you find puckboard ? Do the sell it at Home Depot or something like that ? I'm searchig for something smooth and cheap to cover my vacuum mold... Formica is quite expensive (70$ for a 8'x4') and I can't find some cheap one.
