well, you can tear duct tape apart from side to side... which means if don`t align it propperly the stress might get too much. furthermore it would be a pain to wrap ducttape around the whole mold....

nothing is impossible.

it just depends on what pressure you want to use and how many 2x8 you have and how you design the press frame....

first advice: don`t profile it symmetrical. the tails will feel way too soft. i`d recommend you to do some sort of flattish plattform that goes around 10cm in front of the center and 20cm to the back of it. i don`t think you have to build anything different for a park ski. tipspacer can be made out ...

you`re so mean! when i was at turoa there were heavy snowfalls and we didn`t have time to ski as we arrived pretty late and had a ferry to catch the other day... chipping will always be an issue with sandwich constructions. at what angle did you profile the sidewalls? on one pair i beveled the sidew...
