Ok, time to build some skis for my nephew. 100% ash core. This time I stapled the tipspacers. Will be interesting to see how that works out. Thanks guys! Vasaloppet is a fantastic event! 15000 people starting at the same time. Lots of spectators even in the middle of nowhere. People taking their snow mobiles with their families to watch this event. Kids giving pancakes to the skiers :D even saw a full orchestra in the middle of the forre...

what fiberglass or carbon fiber did you use on your kid's skis? I have a 2.5 year old who I might build skis for next season, but it sounds somewhat difficult to make them flex correctly and keep them thick enough to mount the bindings. Any input would be great! I used 600 g triax for the kids skis...
