i get 5gal/1gal from Forrest when I need it. It's about 350-400 bucks depending on their price and shipping. I've gotten over 40 decks out of a 5 gal kit but i budget for about 30. So it's about 13.33 per board. That's not why I use it, it just so happens that my favorite epoxy seems to be one of th...

check qcm/forrest paints epoxy. that TAP stuff seems more expensive. I can't remember if you can get less than 5gal from forrest. Ask for samples!!! regarding flame treating bases. I've never done it. Only had one base delam in close to 100 boards. They're flamed from crown, I just keep them as clea...

depends how they're packing it.
is it 40 because of weight, or box size?

If they're putting it all in a snowboard box, get enough materials to completely fill the box, then it makes the shipping worth it.

would you park that nice red VW on top of your press frame?
would it hold?

would you park TWO of them up there?

I've used both cdw and metal deutch. The metal deutch edges rust quicker, way, way quicker. I've blasted them, and they have fully rusted in the matter of a day. We would simply clean them/blast/wirebrush, whatever, and use immediately in a build. The built boards' edges would rust quickly. CDW's ed...

much like you can do to pre-bend a core?

can you just pour into an upsidedown profile, then profile off what overflowed from it?
