SOCREP DuraClear Topsheet
I got some SOCREP DuraClear Topsheet, and the first test piece had some tiny airbubble underneath the surface. Anyone have any suggestions how I could press without the bubbles ? First test piece looked great other than the bubbles, but I worry about the bonding a bit. The finish looks like a pair o...

Anyone using ABS sidewalls?
I've been using UHMW sidewalls, and I like them, but I feel like the finish isn't as clean as I'd like. I'm using a cantilevered router to trim them, but they aren't as smooth as I'd like to see. Any suggestions on this would be helpful.
Would ABS be easier to finish? What are the pros and cons?

Something else to look at is Ecopoxy Systems. I've built 9 pairs with them, and I have about 50 days on my main pair of skis. No delam issues, or any signs of breaking down with any of the pairs. It is also great for room temp. curing. I don't use heat, and everything has worked out great. This comp...

EcoPoxySystems
Here's another option to think about. I've been using Ecopoxy Systems since I started building 2 years ago. I was looking for something that wasn't going to have any dangerous effects with long term use, (certified green and non-toxic). I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'm super happy with the re...

I'd be interested in buying some if you get it worked out. I've been considering using some 7000 grade alum in very thin gauge, since titanal feels like it is un-obtainable. I'm not sure what thickness, but i've used .032in. 7000 grade aluminum and it was way too stiff. I think somewhere around half...
