Happy Holidays everybody! Hope Santa answered your wishes. I woke up to over 10" of new snow this morning. The city plows rarely visit my neighborhood because it's considered out of the way, but this morning they came by and left a nice present, a 2-feet tall barricade of snow in front of my d...

Lead core for a softer ride? Anybody seen my steroids?

How about plutonium.. it melts the surface and gives you a friction free ride while doing double duty warming your feet!

Boots? Oh yeah.. gotta attach ski's somehow...

I've had some poorly fitting rossi's for a few years now.. just got some dalbello mxr's off ebay. Knowing these probably wont fit any better, and with a good fit so important, I'm just wondering if anybody has given any thought to customizing liners. Sure the bootfitters are artists and deserve the ...

not really sure - can you link to one? If its a vac pump for AC systems, there are 2 kinds - a venturi based one that needs a air compressor to work, and an electric one that looks alot like a tiny compressor. The biggest problem is there is no regulator system on either - they run all the time, was...

Working with weights, lots of biking, etc I haven't broke out the boots yet, but my ski's are staring at me as I sit in my shop working all day! I'll probably get real hard core the end of this month and start adding in alot mor...

I tried it when I was testing core material. Turns out its much heavier than just about everything else I tried. It seems cardboard can really soak up epoxy!!
Also it seemed to be very stiff, and when it gave way it snapped - not really a good feature for a core.. lol
