you should be fine specially which so much extra carbon fiber. iirc you using ash core that's a stiff wood to begin with.

Seriously, you guys need to start reading the forum more or use the search function. Most questions you ask will answer themselves when you find the right threads on here. Of course you can use the same aluminum sheets for different sizes as long as they don't have any kinks from previous pressings...

do you using heat? Try to repress. Maybe it helps to fix the problem if not what you have to lose? I remember someone mentioned done it.
My first pair I mistakenly shift cassette to the back too much and tales end up substantially higher, no big deal but it was 2 not 1

hope this rail system will work for you. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. Wonder what kind router bridge you built. Also I don't think MDF good choice for material to make vacuum table. I tried holes 1" apart like you at first and didn't find table create enough suction.... had to triple am...

My thought if small CNC cannot be retrofitted build new machine on frame of existing planar probably better option compared to the building machine from scratch. ...replace bottom ...
