I just checked a Voile Mojo rx snowboard and the tip rocker extends into the side cut by about 5 inches.

Bummer! Do you have a guage to indicate if you have full vacuum? I've had air trapped in a vac layup on a surfboard years ago so it's possibe. Possibly if there is a big air gap around the edges of the board there is more vac applied to the edges pinching off a way for air to escape. I tuck the bag ...

Put what ever shape you want in the mold and if your core isn't fighting you it'll all work. That's why I use 3 thinner layers for the core. I also pin nail my layup to the mold so nothing moves before bagging.

With the triax available it's very thick and needs lots of resin to get a full wet layup. So more pressure compresses that big mess of glass and uses less resin. I'm going to more and thinner layers for my next boards. I use a 3 layer core in vacuum pressing and the rocker or camber comes out perfec...

Sure. Bigbend exit on I-80. There's 2 slopes to choose from guaranteed untracked. I'll show you the rout sometime if you want. Only a quarter mile flat before the climb.
