It looks like there's a BIG gap between contact points on two of the hoses in your last photo. There are at least four cattrack bars with no hose contact above them (I see some sheet metal). Either of those dates work for me, the 3rd is probably better.

A short belt, and very little coolant, won't keep the plastic cool enough. The long belts on big machines carry away a lot more heat, and they're doused with coolant (not just water).
