Thats what I said.
They said they tested at 25 psi, that doesn't mean it only works up to 25 psi.
Does MEI test their blankents up higher, in the 60 to 90 psi range?

heat blankets from Rama Corp

Anyone ever hear of these guys?
I talked to them and they are cheaper than MEI.
It sounds like MEI is somewhat proven.
They said their blankets are tested up to 25psi.
Any way to see if these guys have legit product?

I thought about how long this might last. The label said it has a 2 year guarantee for what thats worth, so I figured it was semi permanent. There wern't a million, but there were a lot, maybe 30 to 50 in the area of my hand in the bad spots. There were others areas were there were less. But certain...

Fix a leaky bladder with lots of goop

So I got a hold of some fire hose only to find a couple hundred pin holes. Needless to say I was pretty bummed. Took a look here for some fixes, but only saw some people who had a few pin holes, not sweaty hose. I came up with a fix that was really fast, really easy, and mess free (well almost) by u...

I think the guys from Hayes Snowboards were water heating. Not sure what their methodology was. After talking to some factory guys they seemed to advocate just using heating pads. Cool idea though, heat radiant cat tracks are the new luxury fad.

If you guys have extra parts taking up space I'm looking to pick up parts. Looking for heating blankets, fire hose, mold templates. This build is for snowboards.

I've got a proper factory connection, so in the future I hope to offer you guys materials at a good price as well.

Understanding composite fabric weight and strength

I'm looking for a little help on understanding how to value the strength/weight of composites. I'm at the point that I understand that a 19oz fabric will not be as stiff and strong as 22oz. I'm starting to look at different carbon fabrics and I'm looking at 2 fabrics of different weight and strength...

Silk Screen/ Screen Printing guide - The cheap and dirty way

I’m in the process of getting my press built and I've gotten some really great info from everyone. I did a search to see if there was a guide for this already, but I didn't see one. This whole process cost med less than $200 bucks and now I can print my boards, shirts, etc. Notice in advance, if you...

mk, Ryan Monson at Humanity/Monson boards does work for me. I've been happy with his work and he has been easy to deal with. Not sure if he is well known among the community here or not, but he is pretty flexible and he always gives me good prices. I know that he has considered being a material supp...

I'll jack up my car, wrap a tire in sandpaper, and toss a brick on the gas pedal. If I use studded winter tires maybe I can make a structurn base?

I dig the pallet racking system. Seeing your posts, you have pressed skis from this. Would you be willing to give some details on the weight ratings the beams have and how you connected the 4 or 5 frames for the press frame?
