Wow, that turned out really nice! brazen, very nice press. can you give me info on the size of I-beams you used along with length. looks ideal for what I want to do!! Hey Fresh, the beams are referred to as 12-40 as I recall, it has to do with the weight per foot. They're 12 1/2" tall by 108" (9') long by 8" wide. Ha...

The best advice I ever got on this (from Lindsay at SBM) was to use a bi-metal 10-14tpi. It has 2 heights of teeth and it works awesomely, cuts quicker than a hot knife through a butterstick barricade.

This took an embarrassing amount of time, and I probably spent too much money but hell, it WORKS! :-) I drilled all the holes by hand with a hole hog, blah blah. It was a cubic assload of work, and would have been impossible without all of the excellent advice here on this forum...thanks to all of y...
