If it's delamming there's too much pressure at the tips, you're over compressing at the point the delam happens. Are you putting a base thickness spacer on the tip and tail outside the layup to prevent that area from over compressing?

haha man, you can check if you're curious...it's about 650/700 pounds on a 3x4x4' pallet. I have a feeling you better be near the bathroom when you hear the numbers though

It doesn't "cure" at room temp.

Very nice for a first try! But...by the time you get that base flat at the tips, you'll see wood. If you're going to try using a vacuum system, try prebending and making sure that everything lays down perfectly flush before layup. Just my thoughts.

Supposedly they have a new and faster hardener, might want to try it. At 180 for 15 minutes is quicker production time and would have probably nipped that problem right away. I would have hated to be you! Just UGH! Happy New Year BTW!
