Free Base Scraps

Have a bunch of base cutout scraps, some are pretty large from 15" material. Don't know if anyone has a use for them, but would love to get them to someone rather than recycling. Pay for shipping and they are all yours! There are some process blue pieces and some black (4001 Durasurf 0.055"...

I'd sell it for $350/roll.

The Vectorply is heavier on the 0° than the Tensor, we actually use the Tensor in longboards primarily. It's definitely a good product, just use Vectorply in skis because that's what we've been using.

I have few rolls of this exact material. I'd sell it for for considerably less if anyone wants some. Just have too much vectorply right now and it's taking up space. It's a pretty tight/uniform weave.

CNC Router 8' x 10' on Ebay $1525

Just wanted to give everyone here a heads up. We're selling a "spare" CNC router. It's just too large of a footprint for us to have two. We put it up at $1300 no preserve and just want to move it out (new machine coming in). Located in Boyne City, MI 49712. We're coming out to Denver,CO in...

We do clean them after every use, we use a putty knife and air. The release is a silicone based mold release from General Chemical.

We easily get 25-30 pair before they need to a good cleaning, we just make sure to blow everything out of them after each pressing and spray release religiously.

We've used this method for around 4 years and it works really well for keeping everything lined up.

We're really bad about updating this stuff... But here's what we've been doing. Today we shaped 50 pair of cores (finally made a dent in our seemingly never ending pile). Over the past week we also made about 12 new cassettes. We need more storage for cores! http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8153/734640...

We used to use it for die cuts but we really need a clicker or roll press for that. It's always good to have a shop press around though, you never know when you're going to need it...
