How wide is your press and what size is the hose?

How long is your profiler?
See Skibuilders uses 80"

I'm wondering my press i slighlty too small for two 6" hoses in it so i'm thinkin about pressing one ski at the time :(

The wallpaper idea is very good, but how about slightly sand it on the top so the epoxy will stick to it? so slighlty so you wont get any big scracth on the paper...
will this ruin the wallpaper totally or?

think i will try this soon

was thinking about sicaflex or silicone, but was not sure how well it would hold, but it seems like you guys got a clue on this so i'll give silicone or sicaflex a try

What is used as glue inside the hose to ensure that it is airtight?
How long from the end of the hose do i need to screw it together, 10-15cm?

I just got to say that your hose Endre is like a bicycle inner tube ;) If I got a bigger hose i guess you would have sold the new farm/ skishop and bought a bigger one just to regain the "biggest hose for skibuilding" award ;) Did you pick it up yourself? it would have been a long trip for...

Is there anyone out there who have any experience with three hoses in the press?? I remember i saw one on this site who had three white hoses, but can't remember his name. He made some white racing skis i think. How does the skis come out? Do you get an equal pressure over both skis? Reason why i'm ...

Plastic og glass

I see you are using a syringe, but is it made of plastic og glass?
I read on one website that it would be better with a glass syringe than a plastic syringe...

is it necessary to use breather over the skis?

Is there any websites where they tell you step by step how to make a vacuum pump out of a refridgerator compressor?
Or do can you guys tell show me pictures of your own vacuum pumps?

Is it possible to make high enough vacuum out of a air compressor? and how?

was thinking of PE plast
There is a fabric close to me, but the thinest they are producing in PE is 2 mm.
It seemed like you had a clue on this so maybe you know what these plast could be used as topsheet (the types of plast they are producing):
-PE
- PP
- PVC
- PVDF
- E-TCFE

Thicker topsheet

Is there anyone out there who have been using thicker topsheet like 1,5 - 2 mm thick?
How did it work?
Did it delaminate because of its thickness?
