Hard to tell what is going on in your drawing there, but it looks like you have two complete arcs for each radius running tip to tail. I've been using a modified version of the spreadsheet I found on the forums a while ago. It does not factor in base material, edges, or top sheet so it could just be an underestimate for actual stiffness.
