Used screenprinting with 3 frames, one bigass one for mr montana, and two for the blood. I think this site has a decent guide how to do it.
Tried out the board today, no pics thou, but fully ridable, lightweight as hell =)

Actually, I don't have a topsheet, i pressed the board with glass core glass ptex 2000 and after that cured, I screened the print on a piece of fabric, and put it on top, and then put about 3 layers of marine polyester on top of it. The foam was great on the upper half, giving nice pressure, but on ...

First we wetted out the fabric before we used tacks to fasten it to the wooden frame. When the fabric dryed it shrunk a bit and raised the tension.

The color used is a standard waterproof fabric color.

Almost done now! Im on the bord with P3000 sandpaper and polishingwax, and it takes a huge amount of time to get the real shine! But this is what it looks like for the moment =) Sorry for lack of quality, mobile phone.

In our mould we used 20mm, first board did not turn out great, but ok, with about 6mm camfer, second better, 10mm camfer

No pics this update, just a little thingie to tell how things are going.
We were going to press today, but just before starting the lay-up, a steel-edge got loose, so we have the bend it a little and glue it again. Hopefully try again on monday

The polysterene is there to even out the pressure over the whole board, if the wood isn't even enough.

I remember a while ago seeing a board on grafsnowboards who used ducktape in its graphics, I think you'll be okey =)

Mix up a little bit of epoxy and try it out on a small piece =)
